Defendant is a dentist. Plaintiff was his patient. On May 25, 1944, defendant extracted six of plaintiffs teeth. Plaintiff brought this action for the wrongful, unauthorized, and improper extraction of five of these teeth. The jury brought in a verdict of $4,000 for plaintiff, and from the judgment entered on the verdict defendant appeals.
